EVENTS “ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY”
In today’s highly competitive world, activities play a significant role as they help the students to be physically and mentally fit.
There is no doubt that academics are priority in a student’s life, but it would be very wrong to say that co-curricular and extra curricular activities are a kind of hindrance to academic excellence. In fact activities are like boosters to keep the students in high spirits.
Our students clearly love being here, they work hard, play hard, care for each other, share with each other, thus, enjoying all the positive benefits of a co educational environment. Yearly events and celebrations like
San-Dhoom, San-Masti (Fete), Annual Day, Children’s day, Parent’s day, Sport’s Day, National Festivals, etc. become an important part of the school events.
SCHOOL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (SSR)
In addition to becoming knowledgeable individuals, it is crucial for our children to become responsible towards the society. To sensitize the students towards caring and sharing , the school along with the staff, parents and students take up projects in selfless service for the benefit of the unfortunate ones around us. Some of the SSR projects undertaken by the School are :
• Rakhi Celebrations with the Deaf & Dumb
• Collection and Selling of old newspapers for the underprivileged & needy
• Diwali Celebrations at the Orphanage
• Old Clothes & Books distribution at the Old Age homes
• Tree Plantation
• “Save the Girl Child” rally
